Finalidad del tratamiento	Difusión de las actividades realizadas por las compañías del Grupo B. Braun en España.	Tratamiento de datos relativos a imágenes / voz de las personas interesadas (“Interesados”) sean éstos colaboradores o colaboradoras de B. Braun o terceros que participan en los eventos organizados por B. Braun, o visiten cualquiera de sus instalaciones con la finalidad de publicitar las actividades de B. Braun a través de medios de comunicación propios o externos detallados en el documento que figura en el anverso de esta información por el que se otorga o deniega el consentimiento para este tratamiento.
Finalidad del tratamiento		Las imágenes / voces almacenadas en sistemas de almacenamiento de B. Braun o contratados con terceros, serán conservadas mientras exista un interés mutuo para mantener la finalidad del tratamiento y cuando ya no sea necesario para tal fin, se suprimirán con medidas de seguridad adecuadas para garantizar la seudonimización de los datos o la destrucción total de los mismos.
Legitimación del Tratamiento	Consentimiento	Artículo 6.1 a) del RGPD Consentimiento de los Interesados. Se solicitará el consentimiento a los Interesados que deberá en su caso otorgarse para cada uno de los medios de difusión citados, siendo posible que se autorice el tratamiento de las imágenes / voz en unos medios de difusión y en otros no. Si se toman imágenes / voz a través de fotografía, vídeo o cualquier otro medio de captación, de interesados que no han consentido el tratamiento, se procederá a distorsionar sus rasgos diferenciadores, especialmente cuando en una foto/vídeo concurran con otros interesados que sí cuenten con la autorización para el tratamiento de sus imágenes/voz.
Destinatarios de cesiones o Transferencias Internacionales	Cesión de datos a terceros	La difusión de datos de imagen / voz en redes sociales supondrá una comunicación de datos a terceros, atendiendo a la naturaleza y funcionamiento de estos servicios.

Derecho de las personas interesadas	Derecho a acceder, rectificar, y suprimir los datos, así como otros derechos recogidos en la información adicional.	Tiene derecho de acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación del tratamiento, portabilidad, en los términos de los artículos 15 a 23 del RGPD.
		Tiene derecho a retirar su consentimiento en cualquier momento. La retirada del consentimiento no afectará a la licitud del tratamiento basada en el consentimiento previo a su retirada.
		Puede ejercer estos derechos ante el responsable del tratamiento o ante el Delegado de Protección de Datos.
		Tiene derecho a reclamar ante la Autoridad de Control (en España, la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).

Purpose of the processing	Publication of the activities carried out by B. Braun Group companies in Spain	Processing of data relating to the image/voice of interested parties (“Data Subjects”), whether B. B. Braun employees or third parties participating in events organized by B. Braun, or visiting any of its facilities, for the purpose of advertising B. Braun's activities through its own or external media, as detailed in the document on the front of this information, by which consent to such processing is granted or denied.
Purpose of the processing		Images/voices stored in B. Braun storage systems or those contracted with third parties will be retained as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the purpose of the processing. When no longer necessary for this purpose, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure the pseudonymization of the data or their destruction.
Lawfulness of processing	Consent	Article 6.1 a) of the GDPR Consent of Data Subjects. Consent shall be requested from the Data Subjects, which must be granted, where appropriate, for each of the aforementioned media. Processing of images/voices may be authorized in some media but not in others. If images/voices are taken through photography, video or any other means of capturing Data Subjects who have not consented to the processing, their distinguishing features will be distorted, especially when they appear in a photo/video with other data subjects who have been authorized to have their images/voices processed.
Recipients of assignments or transfers of personal data to third countries or international	Assignment of data to third parties	The dissemination of image/voice data on social networks will entail the communication of data to third parties, depending on the nature and operation of these services.
	No international data transfers are planned.
Rights of interested parties	Right to access, rectify, and erasure data, as well as other rights included in the additional information.	You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and portability, in accordance with Articles 15 to 23 of the GDPR.
		You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
		You can exercise these rights before the Data Controller or the Data Protection Officer.
		You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Spain, Spanish Data Protection Agency, www.aepd.es).
